We’re delighted to introduce to you Maker #7: Meet Celia Pitt, a plant based chef and caterer and maker of a mean vegan meringue years before it became part of a certain baking competition.

We photographed Celia in our Utiful smock apron on her allotment in Walthamstow, where she practices ‘from farm to table‘ in growing her own beautiful vegetables in abundance.
